We want you to love your Cotton Candy LA pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and liners are intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
